David Jassay, killer or just unlucky?

Are you guys remembering this old hit, from like the 90ś or something. Well at least i do. Sad enough did one of the members of the group “The navigators” got arrested for murdering a pedestrian. The pianist, John T. Osnes(picture below)2008. Btw David Jassay is from Sweden, but Iĺl guess he will not set his fot here for a couple of years.
